About me

Abigail Rebecca

With a history in consultancy work within the areas of make-up artistry, business building and teaching - both in the public and private sectors, my role has been to guide, teach, mentor, listen, support and advise. I have always taken pride in working creatively, exploring innovative ways of working to provide expert training and advice, whilst connecting with people on a deeper level, seeing through to the heart and working to create a bond of safety throughout the process. A particular area of interest for me has been around cultivating self-worth and assisting clients to tap into their own unique beauty, purpose and meaning.

I have enjoyed a broad and fulfilling career with roles and responsibilities in leadership, teaching, marketing, business development, recruitment, workshop facilitation, and mentoring. In 2019, I embarked on my Masters degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology and my journey continues to unfold within the field of psychosynthesis psychotherapeutic counselling and Leadership coaching. I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, currently practising both online and in person. I am also a fully trained Bereavement Volunteer, actively working to support the bereaved as they process their loss and grief. In 2009, I took a gap year to work in the care industry, during this time, I worked to support clients both with chronic illnesses and end stage terminal illness. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a trainee therapist. I adhere to both BACP and UKCP's ethical framework for good practice.
