We will always have an initial interview that takes place either online, via phone or face to face. This gives us both an opportunity to explore if this is the right space for an ongoing therapeutic relationship. There is no charge for this initial consultation.

Appointment timings
Counselling Sessions are weekly for an hour on an initial period of 6 weeks.
Coaching sessions are 1 hour in duration and carried out over 6 fortnightly sessions.
