Therapy is about creating a safe, nurturing non-judgmental space to reflect, identify self-destructive behaviours and patterns, and process your difficulties. My aim is to help guide you through the process of re-connecting to your own inner wisdom and resources. Learning to trust yourself in your life decisions and rediscovering your own unique values, meaning and purpose.

Often in life when we experience painful things, there is a tendency to run away or try to ignore them. This can lead to struggles such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and addiction. By exploring these difficulties in a safe, caring, and observant environment we can gently come to know them and in doing so can shift their hold on our lives. As well as letting go of the difficulties, we can begin the journey of bringing awareness to where our adaptations began and connect with who we truly are.

What you can expect...

To heal, we must first identify with what is in the darkness (subconscious) before we are able to bring it into the light (conscious) transforming into a stronger sense of self and a more conscious connection to the people in our lives and world around us.

I use either short- or long-term therapy, or coaching. My approach is mainly in dialogue within a therapeutic setting, but in our relationship together, we can also draw on a range of techniques, where appropriate, which help assist in navigating through the highs and lows that occur during the very natural process of personal development and self-healing.
