My aim is to help guide you through the process of re-connecting to your own inner wisdom and resources. Learning to trust yourself in your life decisions and rediscovering your own unique values, meaning and purpose.
Often in life when we experience painful things, there is a tendency to run away or try to ignore them. This can lead to struggles such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and addiction. By exploring these difficulties in a safe, caring, and observant environment we can gently come to know them and in doing so can shift their hold on our lives. As well as letting go of the difficulties, we can begin the journey of bringing awareness to where our adaptations began and connect with who we truly are.
